Terms, Conditions and Rental Contract

Safe Bike – Safe Parking Est. for Motorbikes. By completing your booking you confirm you have read these terms and agree to comply with them for the whole rental period.

1. Renter's declaration

• The renter confirms receiving the vehicle described in the rental contract, in good working order and meeting all operating conditions.
• The renter is criminally and civilly responsible for themselves and the vehicle, and for violations and accidents during the rental period.
• The renter has read all regulations and undertakings in these terms and agrees to comply with them for the whole rental period.
• If the renter breaches these undertakings, they are liable to the penalties set out in applicable regulations, and the Establishment may claim compensation for any damage.

2. Rental requirements

• The renter must be 25 years or older.
• A valid motorcycle licence.
• A valid National ID or Iqama, with no service suspension.
• The short National Address.
• Proficient riding, with no reckless, show-off or inappropriate riding, for the safety of the renter, the bike and others.
• Complete the rental contract and sign a promissory note for the value of the bike at pick-up.

3. Deposit

• The renter pays a SAR 1,000 deposit at pick-up.
• The deposit is fully refunded when the bike is returned in the same condition as at pick-up.
• The Establishment may deduct the cost of damage, violations or late fees from the deposit.

4. Rental period, pick-up and return

• The Establishment fulfils all its obligations to the renter, and the renter must return the bike when the rental period ends.
• 12-hour plan (half day): pick up 5–10 PM; return next morning 6–9 AM.
• 24-hour plan (full day): pick up 5–10 PM; return at the same time when the period ends.
• Season packages: 3-day package (pay for 2 days) and 8-day package (pay for 5 days), calculated at the full-day rate.
• Working hours are daily 5–10 PM, closed on Saturdays.

5. Late return

• The renter is notified within 3 hours after the period ends.
• A final warning is issued 24 hours after the return time; if the renter does not respond or delays, the Establishment may go to the courts and claim the bike back plus the rent for the extra period.
• If the bike is damaged, the damage is assessed by specialist workshops and the renter pays full compensation.

6. Accidents and breakdowns

• If damage does not stop the bike from riding: call Najm and bring the report with the bike at the end of the rental.
• If the bike cannot be ridden or is wrecked: call Najm, then call Safe Parking directly on 0541604636 so we can arrange transport to our site and complete the procedures.
• Safe Parking Est. is not responsible for any bodily injury to the renter, or damage to other vehicles or public facilities caused by the accident.

7. Use and responsibility

• The bike is for the renter's personal use only and may not be sub-let or handed to anyone else.
• Follow traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding.
• The renter bears all traffic fines recorded during the rental period.
• Kilometres are unlimited for the whole rental.

8. Safety gear

• The first helmet is free with every bike.
• Extras per day: extra helmet SAR 20 · jacket SAR 20 · gloves SAR 10.
• Gear is returned in the same condition; the renter pays for loss or damage.

By signing the rental contract the renter confirms having read all the articles above and agrees to comply with them for the whole rental period.
